摘要
针对鼓风机除尘系统滤风压差升高对鼓风机造成的危害和鼓风机除尘系统存在的问题,分析了滤风压差升高的原因,制定了加装反吹管道装置、改进除尘器布袋及材质等一系列措施。措施实施后,减少了除尘系统滤风压差并稳定在0.38kPa,降低设备事故的发生,实现了鼓风机的安全经济运行,满足了高炉的生产需求。在生产中推广后,取得了较好的效果。
Aiming at the harm of filtering air pressure difference rise on fan and the existing problems at fan dedusting system,the author analyzes the reason and formulates a series of measures of adding anti-flushing pipe device and improving dedustor bag and material. After these measures are taken,the filtering air pressure difference of dedusting system reduces and keeps stable at 0.38 kPa. Equipment incident ratio drops. The fan runs safely and economically. All blast furnace requirements are met. Good effect is achieved with application at production.
