摘要
由于生产过程中的操作等原因,造成钢坯撞击连铸机扇形段下框架,使其损坏。为了节约资金,对下框架进行维修。针对在冬季维修扇形段下框架焊接过程中焊缝产生的裂纹进行分析,通过对比择优的方法,确定焊缝裂纹产生的主要原因。对焊接工艺优化,确定最佳的焊接工艺参数,保证扇形段下框架获得最佳的维修效果。
Due to operation and other reasons during production,the lower frame of caster segment is knocked by billets and damaged. In order to save cost,the lower frame is repaired. The main reasons for crack formation at welding seam during repair and welding of segment lower frame are determined through comparison and choice after analysis on cracks formed during welding in winter. The welding process is optimized and the most suitable welding process parameters are set to ensure the best repair effect for the segment lower frame.
