二烧机头198m^2电除尘器改造

摘要 198m2机头电除尘器运行近20年,存在阳极板、阴极排损坏变形锈蚀严重;壳体、进出口、灰斗损坏漏风严重;二次电流小、电压低等问题,降低了除尘效率。通过改造,采用干式管极式三电极电除尘器,减少了设备故障,提高了除尘效率并使出口含尘浓度由原来的230mg/m2.下降到75mg/m2. The electric precipitator at 198 m2 machine head has been running for nearly 20 years. The positive plate and negative bar are seriously damaged,deformed and rusted. Its casing,intake & outtake and dust hopper present serious leakage and damage. The problems of small secondary current,low voltage and etc. reduce dedusting effect. Modification is made and dry type three electrode tube pole electric precipitator is adopted. Consequently,the equipment failure is reduced,dedusting efficiency is raised and outtake dust content is reduced to 75 mg/m2.
