摘要
将三溴苯酚和三聚氯氰溶解于甲苯溶剂中,以四甲基氯化铵为催化剂制备2,4,6-三-(2,4,6-三溴苯氧基)1,3,5-三嗪阻燃剂,通过消除氯化氢的方式进行反应,过程中无水产生,可以避免含水体系导致的副产物,获得99%以上的产率;添加2%催化剂与1%催化剂相比,反应时间缩短4 h,在8 h以内完成反应,催化剂可以提高反应效率。与含水条件下的反应相比,产物中无明显水解副产物产生;与乙酸乙酯为反应溶剂的体系相比,产物中不会产生与乙酸乙酯反应的副产物。
Fire retardant additive 2, 4, 6-tri-( 2, 4, 6-tribromophenyloxyl )-1, 3, 5-triazine was synthesized with tetramethylammonium chloride as catalyst by tribromophenol and cyanuric chloride in toluene. The hydrochloride was eliminated and no water was released in the reaction process and therefore the vice reaction (hydrolysis) was avoided. The yield reached above 99 %. The reaction would finish in 8 h with 2 % catalyst and the reaction time decrease 4h than that with 1% catalyst. Comparing with the products prepared under water-containing condition, there were no obvious hydrolysis vice products. Comparing with the system prepared in ethyl acetate ,the products didn't contain vice products which reaetioned with ethyl acetate.
