摘要
分别采用3种不同的偶联剂对粉煤灰纤维表面亲油改性,利用沉降实验筛选出铝锆偶联剂CF103为实验所需,再通过正交实验确定出最佳改性条件并验证。对改性前后粉煤灰纤维的红外表征和扫描电镜分析结果表明:铝锆偶联剂CF103与粉煤灰纤维表面之间是化学键合,且偶联剂比较均匀地覆盖在纤维表面。
Three different kinds of coupling agents were used to modify fly ash fiber surface more lipophilic respectively, then aluminum zirconium complex coupling agent CF103 which the experiment needed was selected by sedimentation experiment. At last determined,the best modification conditions by orthogonal experiment and verified it. After analyzing of the modified pre and past fly ash fiber by IR and SEM characterizations, the results showed that aluminum zirconium complex coupling agent CF103 connected with fly ash fiber surface through chemical bonding and coated it evenly.
