对Colles筋膜外高位袖状切除包皮过长的临床研究

目的评价采用阴茎体部Colles筋膜外高位袖状切除包皮过长的临床疗效。方法556例包皮过长患者,随机分2组手术对比治疗。一组为改良组276例(A组),采用Colles筋膜外高位袖状切除包皮过长;一组为对照组280例(B组),采用传统远端包皮环切术治疗包皮过长,2组通过疗效对比,显示不同的治疗效果。结果2组经过统计学分析,改良组与传统组相比较,在术中操作、术中出血量、术后疼痛时间以及术后并发症等方面均优于传统手术组。结论与传统手术方法治疗包皮过长相比较,Colles筋膜外高位袖状切除包皮过长,方法易于掌握,术后并发症少,疗程短,安全可靠,成功率高,患者易于接受。

Objective To evaluate the use of the penis outside the body fascia Colles sleeve resection of high clinical efficacy phimosis.Methods 356 cases of phimosis were randomly divided into two groups contrast the treatment of surgery.A group of 276 cases for the improved group（A group）,the use of Colles fascia outside the high removal of the foreskin is too long sleeve;a group of 280 cases of the control group（B group）,using the traditional treatment of distal phimosis circumcision,Comparative efficacy of two through to show the effect of different treatment regimens. Results Two groups after statistical analysis, improvement group compared with the traditional group, operating in the intraoperative blood loss volume, postoperative pain and postoperative complications, such as time were superior to the traditional surgery group.Conclusion Treatment with traditional surgical methods have been looking foreskin comparison, CoUes fascia outside the high removal of the foreskin is too long sleeve, methods easier, less post-operative complications, shorter course of treatment, safe and reliable, the success rate is high, the patient is easy to accept.
