摘要
目的探讨丹参注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法92例慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为2组,1组为对照组46例,采用常规治疗;另1组为观察组46例,在常规治疗的基础上加用丹参注射液。结果观察组的临床疗效总有效率显著高于对照组。结论丹参注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效明显优于常规西药治疗,是一种有效的治疗慢性肾衰竭药物。
Objective To explore the efficacy of salvia miltiorrhiza injection to treat chronic renal failure disease.Methods 92 cases were randomly divided into two groups：the observation group and the control group,46 cases for each.The control group treated by conventional therapy and the observation group treated by salvia miltiorrhiza injection on the basis of the control.Results There s marked difference on total effective rate between the observation group and the control group.Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza injection can significantly improve the efficacy of chronic renal failure disease.It is worth clinical application.
