The Value of the Peak Expiratory Flow Rate in Distinguishing Acute Cardiac Dyspnea from Acute Pulmonary Dyspnea

摘要 目的:探讨峰值流速(PEFR)对心或肺源性呼吸困难病人的鉴别诊断价值。方法:对99例急性呼吸困难患者进行PEFR测定。结果:心源性组(n=51)PEFR((?)x±s)为(203.5±108.0)L/min,肺源性组(n=48)PEFR为(81.3±64.4)L/min(P<0.01)。结论:峰值流速对心或肺源性呼吸困难的鉴别诊断具有临床应用价值,值得推广应用。 Objective:To explore the value of PEFR in differentiating between acute cardiac dyspnea and pulmo-nary dyspnea. Method:To determine the PEFR in 99 acute dyspnea cases. Results:The mean PEFR(x ± s)in the congestive heart failure group(n = 51)was 203.5 ± 108.0L/min and that in the chronic lung disease group( n = 48)was 81.3 ± 64.4L/min. Conclusion:The results suggested that PEFR may be a useful adjunctive tool in the differentiation of acute cardiac dyspnea and pulmonary dyspnea.
