摘要
目的观察急性乙醇中毒大鼠大脑皮层谷氨酸(glutamic acid,Glu)、γ-氨基丁酸(gamma aminobutyricacid,GABA)含量的变化以及吡拉西坦的干预作用。方法选雄性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为对照组、模型组、吡拉西坦组,采用高效液相色谱-紫外法测定各组大脑皮层谷氨酸和γ-氨基丁酸含量的变化。结果与对照组相比,模型组大鼠大脑皮层谷氨酸和γ-氨基丁酸水平显著降低,谷氨酸与γ-氨基丁酸的比值显著升高。吡拉西坦组与模型组相比,谷氨酸和γ-氨基丁酸水平均显著升高,谷氨酸与γ-氨基丁酸的比值有所降低但变化不明显。结论急性乙醇中毒时脑内氨基酸类递质有一定的变化,吡拉西坦可在一定程度上降低酒精的损害作用。
Objective To observe the change of glutamic acid ( Glu ) and gamma aminobutyric acid ( GABA ) level in cerebral cortex of rats with acute alcoholism and the treatment effect of piracetam on it. Methods Thirty healthy adult male Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into three groups:the control group,model group,and pirace- tam group. To investigate the change of level of the Glu and GABA in cerebral cortex using high performance liquid chro- matography in each group. Results Compared with the control groups, Glu and GABA level decreased significantly in cerebral cortex of model group, and the ratio of Glu/GABA increased significantly. Glu and GABA level increased signifi- cantly in piracetam group compared with model group, and the ratio of Glu/GABA also decreased without obvious change. Conclusion The level of the amino acids in cerebral, cortex of rats with acute alcoholism could change to some degree and the piracetam may somewhat relief the damage of ethanol.
