摘要
目的观察急性乙醇中毒对大鼠纹状体丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)的影响以及吡拉西坦的保护作用。方法选雄性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为对照组、模型组、吡拉西坦组,测定各组纹状体MDA和SOD的变化。结果与对照组相比,模型组大鼠纹状体MDA含量显著升高,SOD活性则显著降低。吡拉西坦组与模型组相比,MDA含量显著降低,SOD活性则显著升高。结论大鼠急性乙醇中毒后表现出明显的氧化损伤,而吡拉西坦对于这种氧化损伤具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of acute alcoholism on the malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the striatum of rats and the protection of piracetam. Methods Thirty healthy adult male Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into three groups : the control group, model group, and piracetam group. To observe the change of the MDA level and the SOD activity in striatum in each group. Results Compared with the control with acute alcoholism.
