窄谱中波紫外线治疗对银屑病患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗银屑病的作用机制。方法对50例寻常型银屑病患者进行NB-UVB照射治疗,并检测治疗前后血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平,另选40名志愿者作为健康对照组。结果银屑病患者血清TNF-α水平显著高于健康对照组,经NB-UVB照射治疗后,其血清TNF-α水平明显降低,且差异具有显著性。结论 NB-UVB治疗银屑病的作用机制包括降低其炎性介质(如TNF-α)。
