经皮加压钢板螺钉系统治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较经皮加压钢板螺钉系统(percutaneous compression plating,PCCP)及动力髋螺钉(dynamic hip screw,DHS)两种方法治疗老龄股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法:分析2008年5月至2009年5月老龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者50例,男31例,女19例,年龄65~97岁,平均(80.7±16)岁;12例患者采用PCCP治疗,38例采用DHS治疗,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血、术后恢复等指标,评价治疗效果。结果:患者随访3~14个月,平均(10±5)个月。所有患者均获满意疗效,无内固定断裂、髋关节僵硬、畸形等并发症。PCCP组手术时间、术中失血量均优于DHS组(P<0.05);术后开始锻炼时间、持双拐锻炼时间、持单拐锻炼时间、弃拐锻炼时间、骨折愈合时间、功能评分均优于DHS组(P<0.05),但两组功能恢复优秀率(87.5%vs80.4%)差异无统计学意义。结论:PCCP是治疗老龄患者股骨粗隆间骨折新的有效方法,具有微创、恢复迅速等优点。
