摘要
目的评估中国人群前臂正中神经-尺神经交通支的电生理特点及出现率。方法随机选取50名正常志愿者,通过对比上肢远、近端刺激时复合肌肉动作电位(compound muscle action potentials,CMAP)波幅、波形的变化检测前臂正中神经一尺神经的交通支。结果Martin-Gruber交通支(Martin-Gruber anastomosis,MGA)的电生理检测阳性率为24%,男女性别和左右肢体各组对比差异无统计学意义。50名志愿者中未检测到反Martin-Gruber交通支(reverse Martin-Gruber anastomosis,RMGA)。结论在前臂正中神经一尺神经交通支中,MGA较为常见,而RMGA很罕见。交通支对前臂神经损伤的诊治有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the electrophysiological characteristics of median-ulnar nerve communications in the forearm and the occurrence rate in Chinese population. Methods Fifty randomly chosen healthy volunteers were examined for median-ulnar nerve communication in the forearm. Compound muscle action potentials (CMAP) were recorded upon distal (wrist) and proximal (elbow) stimulation. The changes in CMAP amplitude and morphology were compared. Results The positive incidence of Martin-Gmber Anastomosis (MGA) was 24%. The results were not statistically significant in the side of extremities and gender. No case of Reverse Martin-Grater Anastomosis (RMGA) was found. Conclusion MGA is the most common median-ulnar nerve communication in the forearm. RMGA is a rarity. These communications play an important role in the diagnaosis and treatment of nerve injury in the forearm.
