摘要
选择4个不同生育类型的粳型二系不育系,在上海浦东和海南陵水两地进行不同光温条件的试验。结果表明:粳型光温敏感核不育系在上海本地繁种产量低、成本高、风险大,不宜在生产上应用。在海南陵水县于11月25日左右播种,育性转换敏感期安排在次年2月10~25日,能达到较高的繁种产量。
Field experiments with 4 different-growth-type P(T)GMS keng lines were carried out respectively at Pudong. Shanghai and Lingshui, Hainan in order to study the effects of different light and temperature conditions on multiplication of P(T)GMS keng lines. The results showed that the multiplication of P(T)GMS keng lines in Shanghai local conditions was low in yield and high in cost and risk. The multiplication at Lingshui,Hainan could gain a rather high yield when the seeding date was around Nov. 25 and the sensitive period of inducing male fertility alternation was between Feb. 10-25 in the following year.
