解整合素-金属蛋白酶33与支气管哮喘 被引量:4

摘要 ADAM33是一种新近发现的解整合素-金属蛋白酶(adistintegrin and metalloproteinase,ADAM)家族成员。部分研究认为,其基因多态性与气道高反应性和气道重塑相关,该基因突变表达后能够影响肺功能从而使之与哮喘产生强烈的相关性,而部分学者的研究后却并不认同这个观点,并且对于不同种族人群的ADAM33和哮喘的关系的研究中得出了许多不一致的结论。该文就这两种意见进行综述,以便能更全面地了解ADAM33基因的功能及其对支气管哮喘的作用,有助于从新的角度研究支气管哮喘的发病机制。 ADAM33 is a newly identified member of a distintegrin and metalloproteinase ADAM family. Some studies have confirmed its polymernbisms involved in bronchial hyperresponsiveness and airway remodeling. The expression of mutated gene can accelerate decline of pulmonary function so that it is closely associated with asthma. But other studies have disclosed conflicting results and different results were found from different ethnic populations. This article reviewed these two different issues to help our better understanding of the role of ADAM33 and its association with asthma,facilitating studies on the pathogenesis of asthma from a new perspective.
