摘要 以高硼钢液为母体材料,陶瓷颗粒复合材料为表层,采取消失模负压铸造工艺制造高硼铸钢锤头。利用负压和高温将高硼钢液渗透于复合材料层中,形成理想的铸渗层。应用该方法制造的破碎机锤头及其它耐磨产品,不但强度与硬度高,而且耐磨性好,是一种制造耐磨产品新的制造工艺方法。 High boron cast steel hammer was made by lost foam and vacuum expandable pattern casting, which matrix material was high boron cast steel and surface vitrified composites tier was vitrified particles. High boron cast steel liquid was infiltrated into the composites tier and a good infiltration casting layer may be formed by vacuum and high temperature. The crusher hammer and others wearable products made with this technics have high intensity, rigidity and good abrasion resistance. It is a new technics which can get abrasion resistance product.
