摘要
采用普通熔铸法制备Al-Ti-B-RE中间合金细化剂,并就静置处理对合金组织及细化性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:制备Al-Ti-B-RE细化剂的静置处理温度,最佳为800℃;稀土元素对TiAl_3晶粒大小、形貌及分布影响明显,增大了铝熔体与TiB_2之间的湿润角,提高细化效果。
The influence of holding treatment on microstructure and refinement properties of Al-Ti-B- RE refiners prepared casting were studied. The results show that optimal holding temperature of Al- Ti-B-RE refiner is 800 ℃. Rare-earth element can improve the morphology and the distribution of TiAl3 grain; and enlarge the witting angle between the molten aluminum and TiB2 phase.
