摘要
加入一定量的第3元素Si,常可使液态铝合金中的铁由不饱和状态转变为过饱和状态,以含铁化合物T_2初晶形态析出。利用固-液两相的密度差,控制在585℃进行等温精炼,使含铁化合物发生重力分离,将铁去除。实验中获得的"超净化"现象,可使铸造铝合金中铁的质量分数由2.0%下降至0.5%。
Certain quantity of third element Si was added to molten aluminum and made Fe transfer from saturated to unsaturated states with Fe containing primary phase T2 precipitations. Based on the density difference between solid-liquid phase and isothermal refinement at 585 ℃. Fe was removed due to the Fe-containing phase to gravity deposit. The phenomenon of "super purification" obtained during the experiment could make Fe in cast Al alloy decrease from 2% to 0.5%.
