克鼻敏消肿止痒的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON DETUMESCENCE AND ANTIPRURITIC EFFECT OF CHINESE MEDICINE KERBIMIN

目的：探讨克鼻敏喷剂消肿止痒的作用机理。方法：本研究采用中药克鼻敏喷剂不同剂量及其对照药物对致敏大鼠的耳廓瘙痒和足跖肿胀进行药理实验。结果：本喷剂可缩短致敏大鼠的足跖肿胀时间，降低肿胀程度（Ｐ＜０．０５），自第３小时后肿胀率消退显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），大剂量组差异更大。本品对致敏大鼠的耳廓的致痒潜伏期明显延长（Ｐ＜０．０１），而痒续时间明显缩短（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：该喷剂对鼻粘膜局部麻醉、镇痛、抗组胺性等，是抑制了血管扩张、液体外渗，降低了对异体蛋白的敏感性，消肿止痒。

Objective:To study the mechanism of the detumescence and autipruritic effect of spraying Kerbimin.Methods:Pharmacological experiments for Traditional Chinese Medicine spraying Kerbimin in different doses were carried out to test its effect on auriculae itch and swelled metararsus in sensitized rats.Results:Kerbimin could shorten the time and relieve the degree of the swelling (P< 0.05 ).The effect was remarkble at three hours after spraying(P< 0.01 ),and was increased with doses.The latent period of the auriculae itch could be prolonged and the inching duration shortened significantly(P< 0.01 ).Conclusion:Kerbimin has detumescence and antipruritic effects,inhibiting vasodilation and exudation, and reducing sensitivity to heterogeneous proteins because of its local anesthesia,analgesia and antihistaminic effects.
