摘要
综述了双辊铸轧熔池内钢液流场研究的新进展,分析了影响熔池钢液流动的主要因素,包括水口的结构尺寸、熔池液面高度及波动、拉速、注流冲击深度及凝固区紊流状况等。只有对这些影响因素及其交互作用进行综合分析,才能对铸轧熔池的流畅质量进行优化,进而提高薄带质量。
Through an overview of the development of flow behavior in molten pool of twin-roll casting, it was pointed out and analyzed that the structure and size of the outlet, height and fluctuations of pool level, casting speed, impact depth of flow and turbulence conditions of solidification zone are the main factors resulting flow behavior in molten pool. And According to these reasons, Twin-roll casting quality was improved by optimizing molten pool technology.
