摘要
研究了Cu元素对6063铝合金组织性能的影响,并从理论上分析了Cu的作用机理。结果表明:随着合金元素Cu的加入,材料的导热性能呈下降趋势,缓慢冷却对导热性能具有改善作用;Cu元素对合金的腐蚀性能较为敏感,它能显著降低合金材料的耐腐蚀性能,固溶热处理使材料的腐蚀性能进一步恶化;适量Cu元素有助于铸态组织细化及材料强度提高,经过固溶时效处理后,材料的抗拉强度比原来增加10%左右。
The effects of Cu element on microstructure and properties of 6063 aluminum alloy were studied, and the mechanism of Cu in influencing the microstructure and properties of the alloy was analyzed in theory. The results indicate that Cu element can avianize the conductivity property of the alloy material, its thermal conductivity improves with slow cooling. Cu element is sensitive to corrosive property of the alloy, it can significantly decrease corrosion resistance. The solution heat treatment makes corrosive property of the material deteriorative. Proper content of Cu element can refine the as-cast microstructure and enhance material intensity, the tensile strength of the material increases by 10% compared with the material as-cast after solution treatment and ageing strengthening.
