摘要
研究了热处理对半固态触变成型镁合金AZ91D抗腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,材料的耐腐蚀性能与其组织密切相关,镁合金AZ91D组织中的β-Mg17Al12相能够提高合金的抗腐蚀性能;固溶处理使镁合金的抗腐蚀性能下降,固溶处理后再进行人工时效处理可以提高镁合金的抗腐蚀性能。
The effects of heat treatment on corrosion properties of semisolid thixo-forming AZ91D alloy were investigated. The results show that corrosion resistance of materials is closely related to their microstructure, the second phase 13-Mg17Al12 in AZ91D alloy can improve corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance of AZ91D alloy decreases after solution heat treatment (T4), but this performance increases actually when aging heat treatment (T6) is carried out.
