原位再生疗法对消化系统溃疡病变无瘢痕再生复原的临床总结

Summarized Report of Scar-free Regeneration and Restoration in Treating Digestive System Ulcer Disease with MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule

目的:验证美宝胃肠胶囊在"胃肠黏膜器官原位再生复原技术"临床应用中的效果,总结人体胃肠黏膜病变再生复原的规律。方法:组成"胃肠黏膜器官原位再生复原技术"临床研究课题组,通过临床应用"胃肠黏膜器官原位再生复原技术"的290例大样本资料,按照"胃肠黏膜溃疡创面的诊断和愈合的评价标准"(草案),对消化道黏膜良性病变进行美宝胃肠胶囊临床疗效和服用一个月周期的临床观察,重点对溃疡病变黏膜损伤的生理性复原无瘢痕愈合率进行胃镜观察。对研究资料进行了综合统计学分析,为验证"胃肠黏膜器官原位再生复原技术"临床应用提供理论依据。结果:"胃肠黏膜器官原位再生复原技术"在已经发生的胃肠溃疡创面上利用潜能再生细胞,原位再生新的胃肠黏膜组织器官,完全不同于药物治疗的瘢痕愈合方式。对290例样本病例中的160例消化道溃疡病变,一个月无瘢痕再生愈合实现率为:胃溃疡96%;十二指肠溃疡99%;溃疡性结肠炎100%。结论:规范应用"胃肠黏膜器官原位再生复原技术",服用美宝胃肠胶囊的患者胃镜检查结果显示,可以使胃肠溃疡创面达到无瘢痕生理性愈合复原的效果。

Objective： To verify the chnical effect of MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule in application of gastrointestinal mucosa organ regenerative restoration therapy in situ and to summarize the laws of regeneration and restoration of human gastrointestinal mucesal lesions for the reference of academic research. Method： Comprehensive statistical analysis on the basis of large sample data of 290 cases was made. Of 290 cases, 160 were gastrointestinal ulcers, in which 50 gastric ulcers, 83 duodenal ulcers and 27 ulcerative colitis were collected. All cases were treated with Regenerative Restoration Therapy in situ of Gastrointestinal Mucosa Organ. A protocol of Evaluation Criteria of Diagnosis and Healing of Gastrointestinal Mucosal Ulcer （Draft） was prepared. Then the effect of MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule on digestive tract mucosa benign lesion was observed in taking one - month. The observation indexes were focused on systemic observation of reliever of clinical symptoms and signs. The emphasis observed was on the result of physiological scar - free healing rate of the mucesa ulcer with endoscopic observation. The obtained data were analyzed statistically and the core content of Regenerative Restoration Therapy of Gastrointestinal Mucosa Organ was summarized. That provided a theoretical basis of clinical application of Regenerative Restoration Therapy in situ of Gastrointestinal Mucesa Organ. Result： Gastrointestinal ulcers observed were healed with scarfree physiological regeneration. In other words, the ulcered mucosa was replaced with renewed one after one month treatment with Regenerative Restoration Therapy in si- tu of Gastrointestinal Mucesa Organ by moans of Potential Regenerative Cell existed. The results were completely different from the results of healing with scar after conventional drug treatment. Of 290 cases, scar -free healing rates of 160 cases with gastrointestinal ulcers in 1 month treatment were 96% for gastric ulcer, 99% for duodenal ulcer and 100% for ulcerative colitis. Conclusion： The gastroscopy results obtained showed that gastrointestinal ulcers can achieve the physiological scarfree healing and restoration definitely with taking MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule if standardized Regenerative Restoration Therapy in situ of gastrointestinal mucosa organ was applied. The same effective results are to be obtained even if the Regenerative Restoration Therapy in situ of gastrointestinal mucosa organ was applied with conventional drug treatment simultaneously.
