摘要
目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)和手术方法相结合治疗儿童会阴部深度烧伤的疗效。方法:对45例会阴部深Ⅱ度烧伤儿童采用MEBO处理创面,对13例会阴部Ⅲ度烧伤儿童的创面采用MEBO结合自体皮肤移植治疗。结果:58例儿童均痊愈,未出现严重的瘢痕。结论:湿润烧伤膏结合手术治疗可以缩短儿童会阴部烧伤治疗时间,减轻瘢痕增生。
Objective： To observe the effect of MEBO combined with surgical operation in treating pediatric perineal deep burn. Method： 45 cases of children with deep II burn in the perineum were treated with MEBO. 13 cases of children with Ⅲ degree burn were treated with MEBO combined with autologous skin grafting. Results： All of 58 children were healed without severe scar formation. Conclusion： MEBO combined with surgical treatment to treat pediatric perineal deep burn can shorten treatment time and reduce scar formation.
