应用MEBO早期换药与延迟植皮治疗小儿手背深度烧伤的疗效观察

Observation of Effect in Treatment of Pediatric Deep Burn in the Back of Hand with MEBO as a Dressing combi ning with Skin Grafting later

目的:探讨早期应用MEBO换药与延迟植皮的方法治疗小儿手背深度烧伤的效果。方法:对我院近期13例(17只手)小儿手背深度烧伤患者,创面早期进行MEBO治疗,待创面坏死组织脱尽后予以植皮治疗。结果:疗程最短者23天,最长者28天,全部愈合,随访半年至一年,功能恢复良好。结论:烧伤创面早期应用MEBO进行治疗,有效地保留间生态的瘀滞组织,结合延迟自体皮移植手术,能有效修复小儿深度手烧伤创面,最大限度恢复手的功能。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of treating pediatric deep burn in the back of hand with MEBO as a dressing combining with skin grafting later. Method： 13 cases （17 hands） of pediatric deep bum in the back of hand were treated with MEBO applied to the wound at early stage, and then skin grafting was conducted up to necrotic tissue off. Result： All of 13 cases were healed with shortest course of 23 days and longest course of 28 days. The patients had good hand function recovery after 0. 5 - 1 year of follow up. Conclusion： MEBO applied to wounds at early stage of burns can retain parabiotic stasis zone tissue effectively, and then combine with autologous skin grafting later, so that wound of pediatric deep burn in the back of hand can be repaired effectively. As a result, it can make hand function recovered farthest.
