针对病因综合治疗肛周溃疡9例

Treatment of 9 cases of Perianal skin ulcers with MEBO

目的:观察湿润烧伤膏治疗肛周皮肤溃疡的疗效。方法:对各种原因所致的9例肛周皮肤溃疡患者的创面,采用暴露疗法外敷湿润烧伤膏,同时治疗原发病及营养支持治疗。结果:7例溃疡创面治愈,2例创面好转后行点状植皮或皮瓣转移手术治愈。结论:湿润烧伤膏对各种原因引起的肛周皮肤溃疡均有很好的疗效,是治疗此病的理想药物。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of MEBO in treating perianal skin ulcers. Method： 9 cases of patients with perianal skin ulcers caused by all kinds of factors were enrolled in. MEBO was applied to the wounds externally with exposed therapy, at the same time primary disease was treated and nutrition support was conducted. Result： 7 cases were healed, the rest 2 cases were treated with point - like skin graft or flap transfer surgery after ulcer wound was improved. Conclusion ： MEBO is an ideal medicine to treat the wound of perianal skin ulcer caused by different factors due to its significant effect.
