摘要
目的:探讨防治烧伤瘢痕的较好途径。方法:对刚愈合的深度烧伤创面或已形成的瘢痕外用美宝疤痕平软膏和弹力绷带加压包扎。结果:用湿润烧伤膏按湿性医疗技术治疗的中、小面积深度烧伤配合防瘢措施,瘢痕均较轻微,已形成的瘢痕症状大多数明显改善。结论:美宝疤痕平软膏外加弹力绷带包扎防治瘢痕有较好效果。
Objective： To explore the better method in prevention and treatment of bum scars. Method： MEBO Scar Lotion was applied to new healed wound of deep burns or new scars externally, while pressure bandage with elastic bandage was used for scar treatment. Result： Only minor scar formation observed, when deep burn of moderate and small area were treated with MEBO plus anti - scar treatment. And it also improved clinical symptoms caused by scar significant- ly. Conclusion ： MEBO Scar Lotion combined with elastic bandage has better effect in the prevention and treatment of scar formation.
