摘要
目的:观察皮肤原位再生技术治疗褥疮的临床疗效并总结护理要点。方法:将2003年6月～2008年6月收治的78例Ⅱ度褥疮全部应用皮肤原位再生技术进行治疗,并实施基础护理、创面护理、心理护理和特殊护理。结果:78例(195处)患者经皮肤原位再生技术治疗及精心护理后,治愈137处,显效46处,有效12处,总有效率100%。结论:皮肤原位再生技术解决了临床治疗褥疮的一个难题,精心的护理是治愈褥疮的保证。
Objective： To explore clinical efficacy and nursing main points of bedsore treated with skin regeneration therapy. Method： 78 cases of Ⅱ degree bedsore patients were collected from Jun. 2003 to Jun. 2008. All cases were treated with skin regeneration therapy and were cared with basic nursing, wound site nursing, physiological and special nursing simultaneously. Result： All of 78 cases （195 wounds） with skin regeneration therapy, 137 wounds were healed, 36 wounds were markedly improved and 12 wounds were effective. Total effective rate were 100%. Conclusion： Skin regeneration therapy can resolve a clinical problem on the treatment of bedsore, and careful nursing is an assurance to cure bedsore.
