摘要
通过CAE技术对典型汽车复杂铸件的压铸过程进行了数值模拟,获得了铸件充型时间和温度场的分布。基于模拟结果和新山判据G/R~(1/2),对铸件的铸造缺陷进行了预测。CAE技术的应用将有利于铸造工艺的优化和铸件质量的提高。
The die-casting process of typical auto complicated parts were numerical simulated by CAE technology. The distributions of temperature field and solidification time in the filling process were obtained. Based on the simulated results and the Niyama criterion G/√R, the positions of casting defect were predicted. So it's significant for the application of numerical simulation on optimizing casting process and improving quality of the casting.
