摘要
在实验室条件下,运用多因素正交试验调整合金元素Mg、Cu、Zn和Si的含量,随后在120MPa压力下对该铝合金进行液态模锻成形。试样经力学性能测试,结果显示:Zn对合金抗拉强度影响最大,其含量(wZn)为5.5%时,合金抗拉强度的平均值达到182MPa;对合金的伸长率和硬度影响最大的均为Mg,其含量(wMg)分别为1.0%和3.0%。
Under laboratory condition, by applying multifactor orthogonal test and changing concent of Mg, Cu, Zn and Si, liquid state forging was adopted to form the aluminum-alloy under 120 MPa pressure. The results of mechanical properties show that influence of Zn on tensile strength of the alloy was the biggest, the mean was 182 MPa when Zn content is 5.5wt%; the influence of Mg on elongation and hardness of the alloy was the biggest, Mg addition was 1.0wt% and 3.0wt%.
