摘要 采用有限元法研究平焊焊接的焊接角度对焊接结构连接件应力分布的影响,进而采用名义应力法分析其对结构疲劳性能的影响。结果发现,采用平焊工艺时,焊接角越大,应力集中越严重,焊接件的疲劳性能越差。焊接件疲劳寿命与焊接角之间呈现出指数衰减关系。 The effect of welding angle on the stress distribution of the welding zone was analyzed. The fatigue life of the weld structure was determined by normal stress approach. The results show that a bigger welding angle induces a more severe stress concentration, which reduce greatly the fatigue life of the welded structure. The fatigue life of the welding structure exhibits an exponential decay function of the welding angle.
