焊接工艺对16MnR钢焊接接头低温安全性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用三种不同的焊接工艺对16MnR钢进行单面焊双面成型焊接,测试了焊接接头低温(-40℃)力学性能。在给定裂纹尺寸和载荷条件下,按照GB/T19624-2004《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》标准对含表面裂纹的16MnR钢接头进行安全评定。结果表明,各评定点均在评定曲线定义的范围内,说明该结构是安全的。根据标准计算得出不同工艺下接头的容许等效裂纹尺寸,焊缝区对裂纹的允许程度要好于热影响区,且采用A工艺焊接的接头的安全性相对最好。 16MnR steel was welded with one side welding both sides formation technology by using three different welding parameters. Under the given crack size and load, the criterion safety assessment for in-service pressure vessels containing defect (GB/TI9624-2004) was applied to assess safety of girth surface flaw in welded joint of 16MnR. The results show that all assessment points are located within the failure lines. So welded joint of the pressure vessel is safe. Maximum tolerable equivalent flaw size is calculated according to standard, the tolerance level to crack in weld metal is better than in HAZ, the safety welded joint welded with A process is relatively best.
