本文对白萆薢的性状、横切面及粉末显微特征、导管内壁扫描电镜特征进行鉴定并与正品粉萆薢进行比较区别。

Rhizome of Dioscorea gracillima is the main forgery of Rhizoma Dioscorea Hypoglaucae.The paper reports the results of study on chracteristics of its apperance, mieriseopieai charaelensties of cross section and powder, characteristics of inner wall of trachea by seanning electron microscope. Rhizome of Dioscorea gracillima can be distinguished from Rhizoma Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae by above results of study.
