摘要
目的研究乳猪模型深低温停循环(DHCA)的肺保护作用。方法12头5周左右的乳猪,随机分为常温体外循环(CPB)组和DHCA组。麻醉后气管插管,从胸骨正中进胸,在上、下腔和主动脉插管建立CPB动物模型,分别进行DHCA和常温CPB。结果实验结束时DHCA组较常温CPB组表现为有较好的肺静止顺应性和湿干比,光镜下肺损伤明显减少。结论本实验通过建立DHCA乳猪肺保护的动物模型,观察到DHCA有明显的肺保护作用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of deep hypothermic circulatory arrest on lung protection in pig model.METHODS Twelve piglets of five weeks old were divided into two groups: CPB group and DHCA group.After anesthesia and tracheal intubation,the heart was exposed through median sternotomy.Conventional,CPB procedure was performed by cannulation of an 8F infant arterial cannula in the ascending aorta and two 20F venous cannulae in the superior vena cava and the inferior vena cava.A normal temperature CPB and DHCA CPB were compared.RESULTS At the end of experiment,DHCA group showed a better lung static compliance,the reduced wet to dry ratio and milder lung damage in optical microscope than normal temperature CPB group.CONCLUSION The present study achieves lung protection in the pig model for deep hypothermic circulatory arrest.
