bcr/abl融合基因和慢性粒细胞白血病 被引量:1

摘要 bcr/abl融合基因酪氨酸激酶活性异常在慢性粒细胞白血病发病分子机制中起重要作用,其表达物bcr/abl融合蛋白是慢性粒细胞白血病分型的重要依据,检测此基因对慢性粒细胞白血病的诊断、治疗和病情观察具有重要临床意义。
