Micromovement and Anatomical Acromioclavicular Plate in Treatment of Distal Clavicle Fractures

目的探讨微动解剖型肩锁钢板内固定治疗RockwoodⅡa、b型锁骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法采用微动解剖型肩锁钢板内固定治疗锁骨远端骨折27例。结果27例均获得随访,时间6～18个月,骨折愈合均满意。按Karlsson疗效标准进行评定:优85.2%(23/27);良14.8%(4/27)。结论微动解剖型肩锁钢板设计合理,符合肩锁关节的解剖生理特点,固定可靠,可早期功能锻炼。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the micromovement and anatomical aeromioclavicular plate in the treatment of Rockwood types Ⅱ a,h distal clavicle fractures.Methods Twenty-seven patients with distal clavicle fratures were treated with the micromovement and anatomical aeromioclavieular plate.Results Twenty-seven patients were followed up for 6-18 months. All patients got good reduction and hone union. Exeellent rate was 85.2%（23/27）;good rate 14.8%（4/27） according to Karlsson result evaluation.Conclusion The mieromovement and anatomical aemmioelavicular plate is designed rationally and conforms to anatomical and biological property of acromioelaviear joint.It＇s a good choice in the treatment of distal clavicle fractures with the advantages of stable fixation and early rehabilitation.
