应用微创经皮固定技术行LCP固定治疗胫骨远端骨折 被引量:4

摘要 目的讨论应用经皮微创固定技术(MIPPO)行LCP固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的方法和结果。方法收治24例胫骨远端骨折患者,均采用该方法治疗,其中A2型15例,A3型9例。结果随访6~18个月,骨折全部愈合,无感染、不愈合、再骨折等发生。按Johner-Wruhs评价标准,优16例,良7例,中1例,优良率为95.8%。结论应用MIPPO技术行LCP固定治疗胫骨远端骨折,具有创伤小、感染率低、愈合率高,外表美观、可早期功能锻炼等优点,但也有难以达到解剖复位等不足之处。
