比索洛尔对大鼠脑出血后室性心律失常的防治作用

The Effect of Prevention and Treatment of Bisoprolol on Ventricular Arrhythmia Caused by Intracerebral Hemorrhage

应用２４ｈ动态心电图观察了延胡索酸比索洛尔（ｂｉｓｏｐｒｏｌｏｌ）对大鼠脑出血后心律失常的防治作用。结果：延胡索酸比索洛尔能减少脑出血后室性早搏的发生。

Dynamic electrocardiogram and intracerebral hemorrhage model was used,to study the effect of prevention and treatment of bisoprolol on arrhythmia after brain injury in rats. The result shows that bisoprolol may reduce the occurrence of premature ventricular beat especially ventricular tachycardia.
