卵巢癌早期诊断技术的进展 被引量:7

摘要 卵巢癌早期诊断能明显改善患者的预后,但目前尚未发现有效的早期诊断手段。CA125广泛用于临床,在判断卵巢癌的治疗反应及监测复发方面有很大作用,但是用于早期诊断敏感性偏低。近年不断有新的研究手段应用于寻找卵巢癌早期诊断的标记物,笔者复习了相关文献,现对卵巢癌早期诊断技术的研究进展作一综述,以冀找到更加敏感特异的肿瘤标记物,应用于卵巢癌的早期诊断及筛查。
