油田经营“准社区”的理论框架研究

社会经济问题,是一个在特定时间、特定的地点,如何迅速适应环境变化的问题。在科斯交易不仅发生在企业外部,也发生在企业内部的论断指导下,基于"管理复杂系统、允许平行工作独立进行;为创新和庞大系统的分支升级创造条件"的任务网络理论,可论证油田"准社区"的合理存在。针对油田"准社区"生产的私人产品/服务与公共产品/服务的不同价格机制,可进行油田与"准社区"平凡交易成本与机会主义成本最小化的交易设计分析。油田与"准社区"间的交易合同是关系型合同,它的执行是否科学取决于两个行为假设。

Social economic problem is how to fit the changing environment in a special period and place. According to the thesis that Coase Transaction occurs both outside and inside the enterprises, task network theory, based on managing complicated system, allowing parallel activities done independently, creating the conditions to upgrade large systems, can expound the reasonable existence of oil field sub-community. Relating to the different price mechanism of private and public products/service supplied by oilfield sub-community, the transaction design and analysis making mundane and opportunism cost minimum may be made. The relationship contract between oilfield and sub-community, that is relationship contract, is carried out reasonably or not, is depended on two behavior suppositions.
