近年来,中国工业发展迅速,促使经济快速增长。相比较而言,中国农业发展极其缓慢,社会主义新农村建设未取得实质性的进展。目前,中国农业生产仍以粗放式增长为主,同时,影响中国农业发展的农业资源与农村生态环境约束不断凸现。循环农业是一种节约型的生产方式,它可以缓解中国农业资源紧张的状况,并有效改善农村的生态环境。为此,应当倡导大力发展循环农业,从大力宣传、培训劳动力、增加投入、提供技术、政策支持等多方面着手,推动中国循环农业的快速发展。

Recycling agriculture is a conservation-oriented production mode, which can ease the tense situation of Chinese agricultural resources, and effective in improving the rural ecological environment. As a result, recycling agriculture should be vigorously advocated and we should vigorously publicize, train the workforce, increase investment and provide technical, policy support, multi - pronged approach to rapidly drive the development of Chinese recycling agriculture.
