摘要
实验观察了热暴露温度和时间对果蝇存活时间和热应激蛋白(Hsp70)含量的影响,热习服训练的作用及茶叶提取液提高热耐力的效果。结果显示,随着温度升高,果蝇存活时间随之减少;热暴露时间延长,热应激蛋白含量增高;热习服训练2~3次后,热耐力显著提高;苦丁茶和红茶提取液有显著提高果蝇热耐力作用,而龙井茶提取液效果不明显。结果提示。
The survival time, content of heat stress protein(Hsp70) and the effect of heat acclimation training and the extracts of Kuding tea, black tea and Longjing tea were studied on Drosophila melanogaster by heat exposure.It was found that the survival time of Drosophila melanogaster decreased with raised temperature of heat exposure and the content of Hsp70 increased with prolonged time of heat exposure. The Drosophila melanogaster developed thermotolerance after 2 times of acclimation training.Among extracts only the extracts of Kuding tea and black tea showed beneficial effect on Drosophila melanogaster by heat exposure. The results suggest that the Drosophila melanogaster can be used to study nutrients or other nutritive preparations to enhance thermotolerance.
