摘要
为了了解第三磨牙阻生在我军人员中的分布情况，根据我军实际情况的需要，研究设定了第三磨牙阻生调查项目，在全军４２个调查点中，共调查人数为２５６１９人。调查结果表明，男性第三磨牙阻生率为２４．０％，女性第三磨牙阻生率为１０．８％。分析结果提示，第三磨牙阻生是军队口腔疾病的一个突出问题，是直接引起部队减员的重要疾病。
The aim of this study was to survey the third molars and to analyze the epidemiological factors among the military personnels in China. Data of 25 619 military personnels were collected from 42 survey stations. The results showed that the prevalence rate of third impacted molar among Chinese conscripts, men is 24.0%,or women, is 10.8%.The third molar is the first tooth that when it is uncompletely erupted is often followed by pericoronitis, and the most frequently required operative extraction. Pericoronitis of third molars is the cause of significant oral infection in the military troop.
