摘要
新中国成立以来党的反腐倡廉建设经历了一个探索性的全面展开、曲折发展、逐步制度化、走出新路并初步形成理论体系的过程。根据这个过程中反腐倡廉建设的历史背景、目标要求、方法途径与反腐廉政效果,大致可以分为六个阶段。具体地研究新中国成立以来党的反腐倡廉建设的历史进程和主要经验,目的是认识其特点和规律,总结经验教训,为当前以加快推进惩治和预防腐败体系为重点的反腐倡廉建设提供历史启迪。
The construction of CPC's anti-corruption and advocating-cleanness has gone through a special process since the establishment of new China,which includes the all-round exploration,devious development,the forming of institution,a new road and a theoretical system.The process can roughly be divided into six stages according to historical surroundings,expecting targets,methods and result of construction of anti-corruption and advocating-cleanness.It is important to study the course of history and important experience about CPC's construction of anti-corruption and advocating-cleanness since the establishment of new China.The purpose is to probe the characteristics and rules,to sum up historical experience and lesson,to provide historical enlightenment in order to accelerate the construction of anti-corruption and advocating-cleanness which is focusing on the system of punishment and precautions against corruption.
