国际经济旧秩序与发展中国家经济安全

The Old International Economic Order and the National Economic Security of the Developing Countries

本文在完善发展中国家经济安全的定义的基础上,研究了国际经济旧秩序损害发展中国家经济制度和经济主权、导致经济危机的传导机制,揭示了它对发展中国家政策的自主制定权、经济活动的管辖权、国际经济秩序的平等制定权、国际市场的自由利用权、重要资源和战略产业的控制权等经济主权的损害,揭示了不安全的国际经济关系、不合理的国际贸易关系和不公正的国际金融关系等国际经济旧秩序的主要因素对发展中国家经济危机的传导,特别是从四个方面揭示了国际经济旧秩序对发展中国家经济制度的危害,对这个比较薄弱的国家经济安全领域进行了补充研究。

This article researches the transmission mechanisms of the old international economic order on infringing the economic system and sovereign rights as well as resulting in the economic crisis of the developing countries through exacting the definition of the National Economic Security of the developing countries.It proposes the damage on the economic sovereign rights,i.e.the making policy,the economy management,the formulating international economic order,the international market utilization,the important resource and strategic industry control of the developing countries from the old international economic order.It expounds the transmission mechanisms of the primary factors of the old international economic order,i.e.the dangerous international economic relation,the wrong international trade relation,the unjust international finance relation,on resulting in the economic crisis of the developing countries.It proves especially the damage of the old international economic order on the economic system of the developing countries from the four fields to remedy its deficiency.
