摘要
阐述了民营企业文化特征与存在的主要问题,提出了民营企业文化建设目标框架和建设民营企业文化的策略。其内容主要包括创建学习型民营企业,提高企业员工素质;培育企业创新文化,创造企业文化发展的不竭动力和源泉;以人为本,激发企业和谐发展的内动力;建设富有个性的企业文化;将企业文化的要求融入到员工的考核与评价中去。
The problem as to "What kind of culture a private enterprise should build and how to build it" is vital to the healthy development of private enterprises. In this paper, the author elaborates the cultural characteristics of private enterprises and their main problems, points out the development model of the culture in private enterprises, puts forward the approaches of building the culture of private enterprises.
