开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动,要求在近年来贯彻落实科学发展观已经取得的成果基础上,把贯彻落实科学发展观提高到新水平。为了实现这一目标,一要从多层面上深入领会和把握科学发展观;二要紧密结合当前形势,着力解决所存在的突出问题。

Carrying out the study and practice of the scientific development concept required that the implementation of the scientific development concept should be improved to a new level based on the achievements that have been made in recent years. In order to achieve this goal, firstly, the scientific devel opment concept should be deeply understood from the multi-level; secondly,the current situation should be closely connected in order to solve the prominent existing problems.
