Different Spirit Trends of Chinese Urban-rural Intellectuals at the Turn of the Century:as Centre of Image of "Zhuang Zhidie" and "Xia Tianzhi" Written by Jia Pingwa

长篇小说《废都》和《秦腔》是贾平凹近十年来最重要的创作成果,在中国当代文学史上具有里程碑意义。本文从世界性难题:物质与精神二律背反的理论视野下,分析和观照贾平凹笔下"庄之蝶"和"夏天智"在城乡不同区域的生命历程和精神轨迹,反思当下中国的人文现状和生存困境。

The novels,The Discarded Capital and Shaanxi Opera,are the most important works of Jia Pingwa in recent ten years,and also have milestone significance in the Chinese contemporary literature history.This paper starts from the global problem： based on the vision of the paradox theory of material and spirit,to analyze and observe Zhuang Zhidie and Xia Tianzhi＇s life course and spiritual track in the different urban-rural areas,and reflect on the humanistic situation and survival dilemma in current China.
