摘要
该文对在教师专业化背景下的师范生的教育专业及专业素质结构进行了审视,对师范生重要的专业素质之一,师范生的教育专业素质进行了分析,指出了其存在的缺失及原因,并对师范生教育专业素质的培养提出了一些构想。
This article inspects the education specialty and specialty quality structure of normal students under the background of the teacher specialization,and analyses the education specialty quality,which is one of the important specialty qualities,and points out the defects and the reasons,conceives the cultivating projects upon the education specialty quality.
