Physics I aims at founding the basis for Aristotle's whole physical study. In this volume which is also titled as'on principles',Aristotle argues how physics is possible. This is not a Kantian question. That is,it is not to solve the problem of transcendent cognitive form for physics, but to show how the main studying object of physics—the becoming and changing of sensible objects—is possible on the doctrine of being. In another words,he wants to argue for the legitimacy of the concept of becoming in the doctrine of being. Thus,Aristotle gives deep and through critique in Physics I to Parmenides'doctrine of being which argues against becoming, and also gives analysis and argument for the concept of becoming from the viewpoint of doctrine of being and semantics. This paper is just a deep demonstration and discussion about this issue in Aristotle's Physics I.
